    Yes. Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order is shipped, you may return it following our returns policy.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note these estimates do not include our standard 2–5 business day order processing time.

    • Canada & Europe: 20–45 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
    • Mexico, Central & South America: 20–45 business days
    • Middle East: 45–60 business days

    Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to monitor its progress.

  • What shipping methods do you use?

    Tiny Spark ships orders from multiple warehouses depending on your location:

    • From our China warehouse: Packages are shipped via ePacket or EMS, depending on size and weight.
    • From our US warehouse: Packages are shipped via USPS.

  • Do I need to pay customs or duties?

    International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Tiny Spark is not responsible for these charges.
