  • Are payments on the site secure?

    Tiny Spark uses a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted according to the PCI-DSS standard. Our payment gateway provider has been audited by an independent quality assessor, qualified for security according to PCI (PCI Qualified Security Assessor, QSA), and is certified as a PCI level 1 service provider. is the strictest level of certification available in the payments industry. Tiny Spark therefore does not see and does not store your credit card information.


DELIVERY

  • How long does it take to receive an order?

    Our average delivery times are 7 to 21 working days.

    For some products, we deliver in less than a week.

    To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore do not have any intermediaries. This allows us to offer you really advantageous rates compared to what you could have in a physical shop.

    In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

  • My shipping address is outside the united states. Can I get delivered?

    Of course! We ship worldwide at no extra cost!

  • How can I track my package?

  • How much does delivery cost?

    We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

  • My order is not complete

    If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

  • I did not receive my order yet

    Something wrong with the Post Office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?

    With our secure delivery, Tiny Spark® takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t blame the carrier by letting you “fend for yourself”. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

CANCELLATION &  RETURN

  • Can I change my order?

    Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”

  • Can I cancel my order?

    It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

  • I would like to return an item

    We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.

    Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to [email protected] along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • My garment is too small

    All our textiles come with a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our friendly customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and to add the corresponding comment in each description. From that moment on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small/large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.

    No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

    Tiny Spark® ships its products all over the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline all responsibility.
