We provide the FREE SHIPPING to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and United States on any $75 and above order. Merchandise total must reach $75 after all discounts.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you need delivery to the country not listed above and we will calculate the delivery cost for you.

You are responsible for all fees associated with shipping and handling for your order. In addition, your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. You are responsible for such fees and import duties.

We need 2-3 days to proceed with your order. We also do not send orders on weekends and holidays. So please allow between 14-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 21 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. If the 21 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Absolutely Free Local Returns are available for the following countries – United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.

Returns from all other countries will need to be paid by the customer. We will issue a store coupon of a maximum value of $15 for your future purchases in case we cannot offer free returns in your country.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return address is very relaid in your country. Please contact our Customer service at [email protected] beforehand. Please do not send your purchase before the reply from our Customer service.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In certain cases  like unserviceable addresses and fraudulent payments, etc. the payment processor transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 (five) business days:

• check your bank account again;
• contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
• contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (unless it is damaged).

Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please provide us with the photos of damaged or wrongly sent products via [email protected] together with the refund request and the refund will be issued to you in full. OR, at your choice, we can replace the product, or send you another product of the same or around the same value.
